Collection Shipping & Returns

Order Lead Time
All items are made to order and will ship within 3-4 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent. If your order is a rush, please email info@anniejames.com and we will do our best to prioritize your piece.
 
Shipping
Signature is required upon delivery. If for some reason you would like to have this option removed, please email info@anniejames.com for further assistance. Annie James is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Annie James is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Annie James for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

Taxes
All orders shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax. If sales tax is required, it will be calculated at checkout.

Returns
We offer returns up to 7 days after delivery for store credit onlyTo be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. All custom orders are final sale. 
  
Return Shipping
Request a Return Authorization Number by emailing info@anniejames.com with your name and order number. Securely package your return item and send it back to us using a traceable method with the shipper of your choice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is encouraged to insure the shipment for the price of the piece. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
