Annie James jewelry arrives with beautiful gift-ready packaging, but is not gift wrapped. If you wish to personalize your order with a different name or special message, please send us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to accommodate your request at no additional cost.
How should I take care of my necklace?
Does my necklaces come with a warranty?
We include a 60 day warranty and will be happy to repair any damages within this period. Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear or lost stones. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. We are also unable to repair any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler.
My necklace broke within the warranty period. How do I initiate repair?

We are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge plus shipping and handling. For help with this, please send over a photo of the repair and original order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer jewelry appraisals?
Yes, for an additional fee Annie James will provide you with an insurance appraisal. Please email email@example.com for more information.
Where is your jewelry produced?
All jewelry is handcrafted in NYC.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes! Annie James uses only high quality, socially-responsible diamonds sourced from suppliers who follow ethical practices and are certified through the Kimberly Process.
