How fast are orders processed?

All items are made to order and will ship within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent. If your order is a rush, please email info@anniejames.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order.

How should I take care of my jewelry?

Your Annie James jewelry requires a little care to keep it looking its best. When not wearing it, make sure your necklace is clasped and kept in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent tangling, scratching and maintains quality. Always remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays. To clean your jewelry, use a soft toothbrush, warm water and dish soap. Annie James is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry.

How do I initiate a jewelry repair?

We are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge plus shipping and handling. For help with this, please send over a photo of the repair and original order number to info@anniejames.com.  

Do you provide gift wrapping?

Annie James jewelry arrives with beautiful gift-ready packaging, but is not gift wrapped. If you wish to personalize your order with a different name or special message, please send us your request at info@anniejames.com. We will be happy to accommodate your request at no additional cost. 

Do you offer jewelry appraisals?

Yes, for an additional fee Annie James will provide you with an insurance appraisal.  Please email info@anniejames.com for more information.

Where is your jewelry produced?

All jewelry is handcrafted in NYC.

Are your diamonds conflict-free?

Yes! Annie James uses only high quality, socially-responsible diamonds sourced from suppliers who follow ethical practices and are certified through the Kimberly Process.
